1. Canceling a subscription

You may cancel a paid Wyth subscription at any time through the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, Paddle's buyer support, or by contacting [email protected] for assistance. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Unless law or the checkout terms require otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.

2. Requesting a refund

Submit a refund request through the link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle buyer support. Include the purchase email, transaction details, and the reason for the request. You may also contact Wyth support, and we will help route the request. Paddle evaluates and issues refunds under its Buyer Terms, refund policies, chargeback obligations, and applicable consumer law.

3. When a refund may be considered

Refunds may be considered for duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized transactions, a material service failure that we cannot reasonably resolve, or where applicable law provides a cancellation or refund right. Change-of-mind requests, unused time after late cancellation, or usage-limit exhaustion are not automatically refundable, but Paddle will consider the facts and applicable law.

4. Timing and plan changes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times vary. If an upgrade, downgrade, proration, or credit option is offered, the amount and effective date will be displayed before confirmation.
