1. Information we process

• Account information: email address, authentication status, and account identifiers when you register or sign in.
• Local profile data: display name, birthday, companion settings, local chat history, vocabulary, and memories stored in your browser.
• AI interaction data: the message and relevant conversation context you submit, plus generated responses, technical request identifiers, and usage information needed to deliver and protect the service.
• Billing data: subscription status and transaction identifiers. Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, not stored directly by Wyth.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, logs, security signals, and cookies necessary for sessions and service operation.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide AI conversations and language tools, remember local preferences, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, secure the service, and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not sell personal information.

3. Local storage and AI processing

Local-only information stays in the browser profile on that device until you clear it. Signing in does not currently upload local chats, companion profiles, or memories unless Wyth expressly announces and asks you to enable a cloud-sync feature. When you request an AI response, the submitted message and required context are transmitted to Wyth and DeepSeek for generation.

4. Service providers

We use service providers to operate Wyth, including Supabase for authentication and account/commerce records, Render for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and network protection, DeepSeek for AI generation, Resend or connected email infrastructure for account messages, and Paddle as Merchant of Record for payments, taxes, subscriptions, refunds, and related buyer support. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

5. Cookies, retention, and security

Essential cookies are used to keep authenticated sessions secure. Server records are retained only as reasonably needed for operation, security, legal obligations, disputes, and billing. Browser-local data remains until you delete it, clear site storage, or remove the browser profile. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You can avoid creating an account, clear browser-local data, cancel a subscription, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for fraud prevention, transactions, or legal compliance.

7. Children, international processing, and changes

Wyth is not directed to children under 13. Where local law requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, that rule applies. Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. Material policy changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
